Modern hotel facilities, Spacious King Suites, Effective maintenance response

The pool is a tad too small for families, and the TVs malfunctioned during the unexpected ice storm!!! Expecting more from this hotel brand, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay.

Clean and comfortable suites

The suite featured commendable cleanliness and quick resolution of issues with ants that popped up in the shower. The location offered the feel of a small city with nice green spaces, which was refreshing compared to the usual chaos.

The air conditioning seemed unpredictable, refusing to go lower than 69/70 despite efforts to adjust it. TV troubles were a nuisance, stuck in demo mode with distracting graphics, and even after reporting it, maintenance never appeared. Cereal selection lacked variety. A simple request for Raisin Bran would have been nice.

It was just a decent option for a short staycation in McKinney with very good value for money. The fitness center was well-equipped, making it easy to stick to my workout routine during the stay. Pack a robe if you enjoy lounging around after a shower.

The King Room was super spacious and really comfortable. I had the best sleep with those plush comforters. It felt clean and modern. The breakfast selection was so good! They even had Belgian waffles! The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful, which made my stay even better.

I enjoyed the Executive One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed. It had a comfortable bed, a spacious seating area, and a well-equipped private bathroom. Amenities included a microwave, refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The fitness center and outdoor pool were great for relaxing. Staff was friendly and helpful, making everything easy.
